dc.description.abstract生命教育不應該只是生理、心理的教育,還應該要有對意義與價值探究的教育,以引導學生去思考生命,追求有意義、有價值的生命。就學問的性格與特色,哲學一直都在處理意義與價值的問題,本文以哲學意義的思維與視野,提供對生命教育的哲學反省。哲學意義的反省提供給生命教育的理論基礎,包括「對自我與存在的關懷」(即與自己的關係),以了解存在的意義;與「對倫與現實的關懷」(即與他人的關係),以深化生命的價值;以及「對死亡與超越的關懷」(即與超越者的關係),以探討人的超越向度。本文依序分析生命在此三個領域的主要課題與重要性,藉此思考哲學所能提供給生命教育的意_x000D_ 義與價值。這三個向度,也同時反省了生命的根本性、現實性與超越性的問題,並提供對生命教育中「為什麼而教?教什麼?如何教?」的可能答案。

dc.description.translationabstractPhilosophy has been dealing with the problems about the meaning and value. In this article, with a philosophical way of thinking, I intend to inquiry onto the following problems, such as “For what purpose we teach?” “What we are going to teach?” And “How we teach?” Philosophy offers the foundation to the theory of education of life, and this should include the concern about oneself and his existence, that of morality and reality, and that of death and the ultimate end. And lastly, I make an investigation on the main subjects of life education and point out the importance of the three fields in life education and try to offer some ideas about the meaning and value of life through philosophical thinking.
