dc.description.abstractThe topic of genetic classification and identification is an important issue. Different approaches are brought forth including signature. The Human Papilloma Viruses (HPV) are the main factor that cause the cervical cancers and they are reported as the one of the largest ten murderers that bring to women's cancers. People keep trying to use various ways to detect and prevent this horrible disease. In this paper we show that a set of maximal common subsequences can be used to classify and identify HPV.
