| dc.description.abstract | In this paper , we present a vague reasoning algorithm for rule-based systems based on extended fuzzy Petri nets. The proposed algorithm is more flexible than the one we presented in [7] due to the fact that it allows fuzzy IF-THEN rules and fuzzy IF-THEN-ELSE rules to appear in the knowledge based of a rule-based system and it allows the truth values of the propositions appearing in the rules to be represented by vague values in [0,1] rather than real values between zero and one. | |
