dc.description.abstractOn the basis of ELGamal’s cryptosystem and Denning—Sacco’s time stamp, this paper proposes a multisignature scheme to prevent forged signature, replay attact and conspiracy attack with the calculation load of the ElGamal’s signle digital signature in bout transmission and verifications of signatures. The complexities of transmission volume and verification of ELGamal’s single signature and multisignature are O(1) and O(n), respectively. However, the complexity of our scheme is O(1) for both single signature and multisignatures. Oura scheme allows any sender to determine the priority of official document transmission.
