摘要: 以台中市公車20條路線為規劃範圍,擬定轉乘次數至多兩次、轉乘步行距離不超過500公尺之限制條件為公車轉乘路線規劃前提。以Arc GIS中的路網分析以及資料比對的方式,規劃公車轉乘路線,最後建立模組完成自動化之路線規劃。成果以網頁方式呈現,網頁名稱為TBTS (Taichung Bus Transit System),以便民、創新、效率為本網站之主旨,轉乘方案規劃頁面提供轉乘次數、總旅行時間以及總步行距離之方案排序,供民眾更快速的選擇所需項目。轉乘點中,亦提供周邊500公尺內超商資訊予以轉乘等待時間較長之民眾一個歇腳的地點。其中最具特色的頁面為「近期活動」。提供台中近期相關活動,例如:爵士音樂節、秦始皇展覽、東海聖誕節敲鐘等等相關活動資訊。於此頁面中,按進路線規劃後,起點位置可讓民眾自行輸入起點,至於迄點則將該活動之地點作為固定式的迄點,省去想搭公車遊玩的民眾查詢各活動地點之麻煩。
The purpose of this study is to establish a website of route planning bus transfer. Bus routes we selected in this website include twenty major bus lines in Taichung City. There are, however, several restrictions we made to implement the entire system. For instance, the number of transfer for a trip is less than 3 to avoid the waste of waiting. Besides, the maximal walking distance while transferring is 500 meters that is acceptable by most bus riders including senior citizens. In order to plan the optimal route according to travel time or distance, we digitalized those bus routes including bus stops in a map and employed Network Analyst of Arc GIS to make candidate routes for an Origin-Destination pair. We also build several process models by using Model Builder embedded in ArcGIS to automate complicated map processing steps. The result of this study can be presented by the website we built, Taichung Bus Transit System (TBTS). The main goal of design is to make a convenient, innovative, and easy-to-use information system for all bus riders. TBTS provides three routing preferences for bus riders including minimal number of transfer, shortest traveling time, and shortest walking distance while transferring. One of TBTS features is the linkage with upcoming events in Taichung City, such as Musical Concerts and Lantern Festival. TBTS list those events on the side bar of the website homepage, where riders can simply click on the link and of the event venue will be brought to the trip as the destination. This can save riders’time and energy of finding the location of activities.
