影響大學會計系畢業生選擇會計師事務所因素之探討：以中部某大學為例

Abstract

本研究以中部某私立大學會計系大四學生為研究對象，採用問卷調查方式，並以多元迴歸進行分析，探討會計系畢業生選擇會計師事務所做為其工作之影響因素。 本研究結果顯示，「心理環境」對大學會計系畢業生選擇「會計師事務所」為其職業有顯著影響。

This research focuses on the graduates of the Department of Accounting of a case University in Central Taiwan and attempts to examine the influencing factors that they choose CPA firms as their occupations. Detailed data collected from questionnaires are further analyzed. The data was analyzed by the method of multiple regression analysis The results indicated that the factor of psychological environment significant influence on Graduates of the Department of Accounting choose CPA firms as their occupations.
