摘要: 中文摘要 隨著資訊科技的快速發展,在餐飲業轉型數位化的過程中,手搖飲料作為台灣極具代表性的在地產業,因產品高度客製化,原物料保存期限短,對管理的要求更高。然而,多數中小型手搖飲店仍停留在以人工為主的庫存管理方式,無論是ㄛ、補貨,或是庫存數據的更新,皆依賴主管的主觀判斷,導致實際庫存狀況與系統資料之間經常出現落差。 本系統「智慧飲料店倉儲管理系統」,透過資訊整合、資料分析與定量的配方輸出,使每一杯飲料的製作皆為標準化程序,改善傳統飲料店在庫存管理的痛點。此系統使用在台灣高度普及的通訊軟體 LINE 作為主要操作平台,並利用了 LINE Front-end Framework 建立操作介面,無需另外下載 App ,讓店員與店長可以使用熟悉的方式進行操作,讓使用者從接單、製作、出貨、庫存管理的完整流程皆在 LINE 上完成。後端系統設計方面,系統完整涵蓋製作流程,從顧客下單、飲品實際製作開始,一直到製作完成後的原物料扣減,以及例行的庫存清點作業,皆由系統統一管理與紀錄。透過持續累積的歷史銷售資料與原物料消耗紀錄,進一步建構動態安全庫存水位演算法,能依據實際需求的波動情形,自動調整各項原物料每週的補貨策略,提供管理者補貨建議。此外,本系統整合 Grafana 視覺化儀表板與即時告警機制,使管理者能隨時掌握庫存變化與整體營運狀況,提升決策效率並降低缺貨與浪費的風險。 此套系統致力於為中小規模的手搖飲業者,打造一套導入門檻低且兼具高度實務可行性的庫存管理方案。透過精準的數位化追蹤與自動化分析,進而全面提升整體的營運競爭力與管理效 Abstract With the rapid advancement of information technology, the digital transformation of the food and beverage industry has become essential. As a representative local industry in Taiwan, bubble tea shops face high management demands due to highly customized products and short raw material shelf lives. However, most small and medium-sized shops still rely on manual inventory management. Tasks such as stocktaking, replenishment, and data updates depend heavily on subjective judgment, leading to frequent discrepancies between physical stock and system records. This project introduces the "Smart Beverage Store Warehouse Management System," which improves traditional inventory management pain points through information integration, data analysis, and quantitative recipe output to standardize the production of every drink. The system utilizes LINE, a highly popular messaging platform in Taiwan, as the primary operating interface. By leveraging the LINE Front-end Framework (LIFF), employees and managers can manage the entire workflow—from order reception and production to shipping and inventory—within a familiar environment without downloading additional apps. On the backend, the system covers the full production cycle: starting from customer orders and actual preparation to the automatic deduction of raw materials and routine stocktaking. By accumulating historical sales data and consumption records, the system implements a Dynamic Safety Stock Level Algorithm. This algorithm automatically adjusts weekly replenishment strategies based on demand fluctuations and provides managers with data-driven suggestions. Furthermore, the system integrates Grafana visualization dashboards and real-time alert mechanisms, enabling managers to monitor inventory changes and operational status at any time, thereby improving decision-making efficiency and reducing the risks of shortages and waste. This system is dedicated to providing small and medium-sized beverage retailers with a management solution that offers a low barrier to entry and high practical feasibility. Through precise digital tracking and automated analysis, it aims to comprehensively enhance overall operational competitiveness and management efficiency.
