dc.description.abstract本文針對台灣信用合作社發展概況及面臨困境進行探討,並指出信用 合作事業在整個金融市場競爭情況,而給予一些發展策略之建議,並以高 雄市第二信用合作社、高雄市第三信用合作社為個案,來做為這次報告主 要探討的組織,最主要是想瞭解有關此合作社與社員間信任關係以及顧客 對於這家信用合作社的滿意程度和服務品質是如何,為求報告內容之豐富 及完整性,則藉由親自訪查、問卷調查及二手資料的蒐集與彙整得出最後 的結果,我們發現,與該信用合作社往來的顧客年齡層普遍都較高,而大 多數的顧客對該信用合作社都給予正面的肯定及高度信任感,而對於該合 作社的滿意程度及服務品質也都有極高的評價,因此我們相信,信用合作 社在現今的社會有其必要存在的意義,只要跟著時代的變遷而改進,例如 推動網路e 化,推出符合當下的金融商品與服務,使人們對信用合作社的 需求大增,信用合作社自然就有它生存的價值,如此一來,信用合作社也 就不容易被環境變遷的洪流所吞沒。
dc.description.abstractThe paper focused on the general situation of development and dilemma of credit cooperative that pointed out the competition condition of credit cooperation enterprise in the financial market and provided it some developing strategies. We take The Second Credit Cooperative of Kaohsiung and The Kaohsiung Third Credit Cooperative for example for this report. First, we want to understand the trust relationship between members and cooperatives. Second, we want to realize members’ satisfaction and the service quality of these two cooperatives. In order to keep the abundance and completeness of report, we make the conclusion by visiting in person, questionnaire, and reading the secondary data. We found that the customers’ age is commonly higher in cooperatives and most of them believe the cooperative greatly. Customers also have positive appreciation in satisfaction and service quality. Therefore, we believe that the credit cooperatives must exist in society today. They need improve with the changing times. For example, furthering the development of the Internet and providing the financial product and service nowadays. These can make the demand of people need credit cooperatives increases drastically, so credit cooperatives need to exist nowadays. So, credit cooperatives are not easily overwhelmed by the torrent of the changing world.
