摘要: 中文摘要 目的: 本文主要是想結合基因檢測與農業保險,透過以上兩者的結合降低風險。 過程及方法: 首先,分析目前農業保險的現況並蒐集現有的農業保單,以及架構農業保險的生態系。透過以上找出目前台灣農業保險的發展困境與可行的解決方法,並且尋找目前對農作物危害較大、影響範圍較廣泛的病原菌。再來是設計保單的部分,第一步,確定該保單的保險標的物與地區,第二步,分析該地區的歷年收穫資料與價格並透過帶入現有保單的公式計算保費,第三步,透過統計檢定方式與數據模擬精算出保費並與現有的保單公式計算出的保費做比較。 結果: 代入現有保單公式計算出的保費結果為56325.88(元/公頃),數據模擬後透過收支平衡計算出的保費結果為56318(元/公頃),兩者極為相近。
Abstract Purpose: This article is mainly to combine genetic testing with agricultural insurance to reduce risk through the combination of the above two. Methods: First of all, analyze the current situation of agricultural insurance, collect existing agricultural insurance policies and structure the ecosystem of agricultural insurance. Through the above, find out the current development difficulties and feasible solutions of Taiwan's agricultural insurance, look for pathogens that are currently harmful and have a wider range of influence to crops. Then there is the part of the design policy. The first step, to determine the policy's underlying object and region, the second step, to analyze the region's annual harvest data and prices and calculate the premium through the formula brought into the existing policy, the third step. Finally, through statistical testing and data simulation to calculate the premium and compare with the premium of the existing policy formula. Consequence: The premium calculated by the existing policy formula is 56325.88(Yuan/HA) and the premium calculated through the balance of payments after data simulation is 56318(Yuan/HA), which is very close.
