dc.description.abstract近幾年,運動機能布市場崛起,在國際賽事上屢屢可以看到台灣代工的球衣,因此選擇了專精於機能布服飾的儒鴻來作為我們的分析對象。經過產業分析、經營策略分析及研究,我們得知儒鴻主要的經營策略是垂直整合及分散風險,並且透過財務報表分析來判斷其策略是否成功,而我們也發現儒鴻的獲利能力亮眼是運動風潮興起所致,兩者有密不可分的關係,這也是儒鴻該注意之處。
dc.description.abstractIn recent years, the sports functional cloth market has risen, and Taiwan-made jerseys can be seen frequently in international competitions. Therefore, we have chosen Eclat, who specializes in functional cloth clothing, as our analysis object. Through industry analysis, business strategy analysis and research, we learned that Eclat main business strategy is vertical integration and risk diversification, and through financial statement analysis to determine whether its strategy is successful, and we also found Eclat profitability is due to the rise of sports trends, and the two are closely related. This is what Eclat should pay attention to.
