摘要: Due to the importance of English learning and the significance of Computer Assisted Language Learning, more and more English learning websites and software have been developed to increase English learning opportunities. This study developed a set of evaluation criteria for English learning websites by conducting an expert validity survey. The finalized criteria have 48 items, including six categories—general information, general English learning, listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The ratings of the finalized criteria received Representativeness of 3.69, Importance of 3.57, Clarity of 3.79, Content Validity Index of .94, and Factorial Validity Index of .97.
